Description de poste For one of our clients, a leading global asset management firm based in Geneva, we are looking for a: SALES STRATEGY & ENABLEMENT Job description Within the Product Development & Distribution Strategy team, you will be responsible for strengthening the commercial effectiveness of the firm's global sales operations. Working closely with Business Development Leadership, you will translate data and market intelligence into concrete strategic recommendations, while steering key cross-functional initiatives from design through to execution. Design and implement improvements to sales reporting frameworks, covering pipeline management, revenue tracking and financial performance across regions Conduct in-depth analysis of client and product financials to surface emerging trends, anticipate risks and support informed decision-making Coordinate and facilitate strategic planning cycles for the sales organisation, ensuring that priorities are clearly defined and followed through Enhance the visibility of key commercial metrics for senior management, including flow analysis and team performance monitoring Drive adoption of CRM best practices across sales teams and define standards to ensure consistent and reliable data capture Oversee the evolution of reporting and analytics tools, translating business needs into clear technical requirements Develop high-impact materials for executive-level audiences, including strategic presentations, performance dashboards and ad-hoc analyses Act as a key liaison between sales teams and other internal functions, facilitating alignment on shared objectives and cross-functional projects Required profile 7 years of experience in distribution strategy, commercial strategy or business development within asset management or financial services Solid understanding of investment products, financial markets and the regulatory environment governing investment funds Good knowledge of the competitive dynamics of the global mutual fund industry Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with large datasets and translating complex information into clear, actionable insights Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualisation and CRM tools Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with experience presenting to senior and executive stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset All files will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
