Stellenbeschreibung
1. Collaborate on developing highly competitive trading algorithms and platforms for CeFi and DeFi markets
2. Design and implement state-of-the-art trade execution and connectivity solutions
3. Conduct research and analysis of DeFi protocols, exchange microstructures, and trading strategies
4. Stay up to date with developments in blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and exchange landscapes
5. Contribute to end-to-end solutions, from concept and prototyping to deployment
Anforderungsprofil
6. Strong proficiency in applied mathematics, statistics, and numerical modeling
7. Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets and digital assets
8. Comfortable in a Linux R&D environment with git and related tools
9. Ability to research independently and adapt to rapidly changing markets
10. Excellent programming skills in one or more blockchain languages (e.g., Golang, Rust, Solidity, Move)
11. Proficiency in English
12. Nice to Haves
13. Hands-on experience in blockchain analytics, smart contract design, and cryptography
14. Deep understanding of EVM or other blockchain ecosystems
15. Programming experience in quantitative trading environments
16. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based systems
