This role will provide the technical and strategic leadership needed to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise business goals. The Senior Manager, SAP Architecture will partner with business and IT leaders, act as a senior escalation point, and govern all changes across the SAP landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions that align with business objectives, technical requirements, and clean core principles.Define, govern, and evolve system architecture with a focus on scalability, performance optimization, security, and long-term maintainability.Translate executive business priorities into technical roadmaps and ROI-focused solution designs.Lead integration design and validation across SAP and third-party applications using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), OData services, IDocs, REST APIs, and middleware tools.Collaborate across functional domains—Sales & Distribution, EWM, EDI, Finance, Procure-to-Pay, and Master Data—to ensure end-to-end solution alignment and data integrity.Collaborate on SAP planning activities, including project prioritization, resource allocation, and regular system architecture reviews.Act as the primary SAP architecture liaison with SAP Cloud Success Services and implementation partners.Create technical specifications based on business requirements, ensuring solutions meet both current and future business needs.Serve as the senior escalation point for critical incidents, coordinating resolution efforts with SAP Cloud Support and implementation partners.Establish and oversee quarterly release management and regression testing processes, ensuring stability and continuity.Ensure data security and integrity within SAP and across integrated applications.Provide expert technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.Define strategies for system extensions via SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), balancing innovation with maintainability.Qualifications10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 in S/4HANA Public Cloud architecture.Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies, middleware, and APIs.Demonstrated ability to design scalable solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Analytics.Excellent executive presence; ability to communicate complex concepts to leadership.Strong vendor management and delivery governance skills.Travel requirements: up to 25% domestic.Preferred SkillsPrior experience with large-scale SAP transformations in manufacturing/distribution.Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP BTP extensions.PMP, TOGAF, or SAP certification.Experience with Fit-to-Standard methodology (unique to S/4 Public Cloud).Experience in leading escalations with SAP Cloud Operations/Support.Familiarity with SAP’s Clean Core extensibility model and in-app vs side-by-side extensibility on BTP.What Success Looks LikeExecutive confidence in SAP roadmap.Reduced escalations due to proactive architecture and governance.Smooth, timely delivery of upgrades and integrations without disruption.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.About UsColeto Brands is a dynamic collective of brands united by a commitment to enhancing spaces through design and functionality.
