Role Overview
BlockEstateDAO is looking for a Compliance & Legal Officer to support all internal legal documentation,
compliance notes, and regulatory coherence of the platform. This role acts as the internal legal backbone,
coordinating closely with external law firms.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft and maintain internal legal and compliance notes.
* Review and validate legal consistency of websites, white papers, pitch decks, and investor
* communications.
* Prepare disclaimers, risk factors, and regulatory summaries.
* Coordinate with external legal advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
* Support KYC/AML framework documentation and compliance processes.
* Ensure alignment between legal narrative, financial structures, and operational reality.
Required Qualifications
* 2–5 years of experience as a junior lawyer, legal counsel, or compliance analyst.
* Background in financial, corporate, or regulatory law.
* Excellent written English with strong drafting and analytical skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Profile
* Experience with financial services, funds, fintech, or digital assets.
* Practical, execution-oriented legal mindset.
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
