Lead Production Manager - Supply Chain Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Materials Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of the plant's strategy and global Perfect Order Fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the availability of standard finished goods based on defined requirements from country subsidiaries, considering standards, regulations, and regional planning guidelines.

You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, optimizing supply chain processes, and improving internal planning and procurement procedures. Additionally, you will work closely with international teams to ensure reliable planning of finished goods and facilitate interface management between different stakeholders.

Your Mission is to lead a high-performing team, drive business growth, and foster a collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for:

* Managing and developing a team of production staff to achieve optimal performance and productivity.

* Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments to meet business objectives.

* Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:


PC S&OP Process:

Ensure accurate and timely planning of finished goods, taking into account LPG planning and market demand. Interface with multiple stakeholders to optimize planning and execution processes.

Innovation Process:

Develop and implement strategies to launch new products efficiently, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Manage phase-in/phase-out processes for production.

Organisation and Processes:

Establish effective local business processes and structures within the department. Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

* A degree in Business Administration or Engineering.

* More than 3 years of professional experience in the Supply Chain area.

* Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

* Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

* An analytical mindset, with a strong attention to detail.

* Experience working with larger change processes.

* Proficiency in MS Office and planning tools (SAP, Abacus).

* Good command of German and fluency in English.
