The role ensures strategic alignment, disciplined execution, and delivery of program objectives across the full product development lifecycle, from concept through validation and industrialization. The RD Program Manager provides structure, governance, and transparency across RD programs, ensuring consistency in processes, milestones, dependencies, and decision-making across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product management. /ph3Program Leadership Strategy /h3ulliOwn the overall RD / NPI program plan, aligning scope, milestones, and deliverables with business and technology strategy. /liliTranslate product and technology roadmaps into executable RD programs with clear phase gates and success criteria. /liliEnsure alignment of multiple projects within the program to deliver integrated outcomes rather than isolated results. /li /ulh3Cross Functional Coordination /h3ulliLead and orchestrate cross functional teams including RD, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Product Management. /liliEstablish and enforce common processes, templates, and governance, especially where program ground rules or standards are missing or evolving. /liliAct as the primary escalation point for program level issues, dependencies, and trade offs. /li /ulh3Planning, Execution Control /h3ulliBuild and maintain integrated program schedules, managing inter project dependencies, critical paths, and milestones. /liliMonitor progress, risks, and issues across the full program portfolio; drive corrective actions where deviations occur. /liliEnsure disciplined change management for scope, schedule, and resource impacts at program level. /li /ulh3Governance, Risk Decision Support /h3ulliEstablish program governance cadence (reviews, steering committees, gate readiness). /liliProactively identify technical, operational, and execution risks; ensure mitigation plans are in place and tracked. /liliPrepare fact based decision material to support leadership trade offs on priorities, resources, and investments. /li /ulh3Communication Stakeholder Management /h3ulliProvide clear, consistent, and transparent communication on program status, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders. /liliAlign external partners and suppliers, where applicable, to program objectives and timelines. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications Experience /h3ulliGood knowledge of steam turbines; turbogenrator or/and plant equipment expertise. /liliTypically 5+ years experience in RD, NPI, engineering project or program management in an industrial or technology environment. /liliProven track record managing multi project RD programs with high technical complexity. /liliSolid understanding of end to end product development (concept, design, validation, compliance, industrialization). /liliLanguages: English: fluent working proficiency (mandatory), French: working proficiency is a strong advantage. /li /ulh3Required Skills Competencies /h3ulliStrong program level thinking: ability to see dependencies, integration points, and long term impacts beyond individual projects. /liliExcellent leadership and influence skills in matrix, multi location environments. /liliHigh rigor in planning, execution, and governance while remaining pragmatic and outcome focused. /liliStrong communication skills, including executive level reporting and facilitation. /liliAbility to work effectively in environments with ambiguity and evolving processes, setting structure where needed. /li /ulpAll aspects of employment at Infosys are based on merit, competence and performance.
