Are you a digital marketing strategist with a passion for data-driven growth? We’re looking for an experienced Online Marketing Manager to lead campaigns, optimize performance, and drive engagement — all from your remote setup in Switzerland .
Type : Full-time / Part-time / Flexible
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, paid social, content, etc.)
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external partners
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Manage digital budgets and report on ROI
• Monitor trends and stay ahead of platform algorithm updates
What You Bring
• 3+ years of experience in online/digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM best practices, and analytics platforms (GA4, HubSpot, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven mindset and creative problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English; other languages (e.g., German or French) are a plus
• Legally authorized to work in Switzerland and currently residing there
