This rare in‑house opportunity will partner with the Vice President of Corporate Legal to provide day‑to‑day legal support for Swiss corporate law compliance, governance matters, ESG compliance, and capital markets transactions. /p pYou will support Alcon AG’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee, manage the Annual General Meeting, advise on governance, address regulatory issues, lead financing transactions, and work across functions to support governance reporting. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide primary legal support for Swiss corporate governance matters. Draft corporate minutes, resolutions, meeting agendas, certificates, powers of attorney and other corporate governance documents for Alcon AG and its affiliated subsidiaries and attend to other Swiss corporate administrative matters. /li liProvide primary legal support for Swiss securities compliance and public disclosure matters.
