AP Accountant (m/f/d)
Main responsibilities:
1. 3rd party invoice processing PO and non-PO (various channels)
2. Processing Intercompany invoices & all other AP invoices - Commercial, Development & cross charge
3. Inquiries concerning invoices and vendors
4. Master Data Vendor set- up
5. Reconciliation with Vendors
6. Month-End-Reconciliation for Intercompany Partner
7. Preparing for OneStream Account Reconciliation
8. Execute payment, bank and expenses (control, process and reconciliation)
9. Journal Entries and preparation for Month End closing process
10. Partner with Financial Shared Service and Interface with customers for cash collection
11. Support the Finance Manager in ensuring SOX compliance with the internal control system and external auditors
12. Ensuring compliance to Cham standard operating procedures (SOP’s
Required Skills and Qualifications:
13. Entry level experience in similar roles ideally in Pharma industry, with experience on financial consolidation, Accounting or finance degree as a plus
14. Experience Expertise on G/L, BS, and P&L, with but also good analytical skills to understand numbers
15. Organizational skills are critical, as well as prioritizing work in order to meet timetables and deadlines
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and ERP systems (JDE).
17. A “can-do” attitude to work
18. Knowledge on EU-VAT transactions is an advantage
19. Knowledge on US GAAP is an advantage
20. Positive and self-motivated attitude
21. Fluent in English, Fluent in any other language is a plus
