IoT Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our global IoT sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IoT products and services, a deep understanding of the global IoT trends and markets, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the global sales personnel to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and market presence.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners (Internal and external).
* Directly collaborate with different legal entities within the group to facilitate seamless operations and compliance.
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies for IoT products and services.
* Develop and implement a customer service strategy that enhances the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
* Proven experience in sales leadership within the IoT industry.
* Strong knowledge of the Swiss market and business landscape.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
* Proficiency in English C2 level (written and spoken).
