Are you passionate about solving IT challenges and supporting end users with seamless technology experiences? We’re looking for a skilled Deskside Technician – End User Computing to join our team onsite in Rotkreuz.
What You’ll Do:
Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Assist with Windows installations, upgrades, and migrations
Support network connectivity, printing, and mobile computing needs
Deliver VIP-level support for critical users and devices
Keep systems secure, updated, and performing at their best
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of IT support experience (deskside/EUC preferred)
Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10 environments, imaging, and recovery tools
Skilled in hardware/software troubleshooting and configuration
Experience in large-scale enterprise deployments a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
