Our Forensic team is a multidisciplinary group of professionals that develops business concepts aimed specifically at creating trust and preventing or combating fraud, corruption, misappropriation of assets, and compliance with specific regulations.
We help companies and their legal advisers to investigate facts, resolve disputes, and manage regulatory challenges. We place integrity at the heart of compliance programs and help our clients better manage ethical and reputational risks.
As part of the reinforcement of our services and support for the growth of our teams, the Forensic & Integrity Services department is looking for Senior Consultant in business investigation and integrity with a focus on accounting and finance.
The Opportunity
Within our team, you will join a specific mandate where the mission consists of compliance investigations in various sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
* Familiarization with the initial elements necessary for the investigation available before the on-site visit.
* Conducting in-depth interviews, searching for documents to ensure exhaustive information collection; using comparative approaches to verify the validity of the data collected.
* Document examination assisted by technology, data analysis, and quantifying the financial impacts.
* Writing detailed investigation reports, including legal references and quantitative data, in compliance with legal standards.
You will be required to work on other missions such as investigations of various types of misconduct, design, evaluation, and implementation of compliance management and anti-fraud systems, and development and implementation of guidelines, codes, and communication strategies in compliance and anti-fraud.
What You Can Bring
University degree (bachelor's or master's) in business management, accounting, or finance. 4-5 years of experience in a related professional field. Good computer knowledge, a good numerical sense, attention to detail, and an interest in understanding the legal framework of economic crimes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Your intellectual curiosity, analytical mind, rigor, and autonomy allow you to intervene in complex issues in varied sectors of activity within a multidisciplinary team.
