We are looking for an
Employee Hub Project Lead
to drive the development, design, and implementation of a global Employee Hub platform for a leading international organization in the fragrance, taste and well‑being industry. This platform will serve as a dynamic communication and collaboration tool for employees worldwide.
Reporting to the
Digital Communications Director, this role blends
project management expertise
with a strong understanding of
digital employee engagement
and
internal communications. You will work closely with Communications, HR, and IT teams to define the purpose, vision, and governance of the Employee Hub, ensuring it meets evolving employee and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end intranet development : from planning and strategy to deployment and change management.
Collaborate with Communications, IT, HR, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align objectives.
Define
information architecture, user journeys, and governance structures to ensure usability and relevance.
Partner with IT and external vendors to manage timelines, ensure functionality, personalization, and platform security.
Work with the supplier (LumApps) to develop training materials and coordinate onboarding sessions for successful adoption.
Co‑lead
change management strategy
and activities to drive engagement.
Coordinate content strategy:
Act as the main point of contact for content creators.
Ensure section owners apply governance standards.
Provide guidance on branding and templates for consistency.
Support navigation and user experience improvements with the provider.
Collect and implement content in collaboration with the provider.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree
in Communications, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience
managing digital workplace or intranet projects in a corporate environment.
Strong
project management and organizational skills .
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly messaging.
Experience with
content management systems
(e.g., SharePoint, LumApps, or similar).
Ability to balance
strategic vision
with hands‑on execution.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Highly motivated to create a
user‑friendly solution from scratch, resilient in overcoming challenges.
Fluency in English
(written and spoken) required; French or other languages are an advantage.
