Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will have the following responsibilities:
Enter and verify supplier invoices in the accounting system;
Ensure reconciliation of supplier accounts and handle any discrepancies;
Manage supplier payments and ensure deadlines are met;
Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice-related issues;
Prepare financial reports and detailed account statements;
Participate in monthly and annual accounting closures;
Ensure compliance of operations with local regulations and internal policies;
Support the accounting team with other administrative and financial tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile
As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you have the following profile:
Degree in accounting, finance or a related field;
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the industrial sector;
Good command of SAP;
In-depth knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and tax regulations;
Proficiency in French C1 and English C1, both written and spoken;
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
