The opportunity presents a role within our Gas insulated switchgear factory, focusing on producing cutting edge equipment to support the energy transition and a sustainable future. By joining the team, you can contribute value to both the company and society.
With increasing demand and a company priority on quality and customer support, we are expanding the team with the position of Customer quality engineer. The role combines technical skills and soft skills for direct customer collaboration, making it dynamic and impactful.
How you\'ll make an impact
* Lead root cause analysis of failures on GIS
* Drive cases affecting many different customers
* Own internal and external customer complaints and ensure a fast and sustainable solution to customer issues
* Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders
* Run improvement projects on specific topics
* Provide support for and/or lead on-site investigations
* Identify improvements and drive the implementation
* Prepare method statements for troubleshooting cases
Your background
* Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical engineering, knowledge of electrical power systems
* Background in electrical engineering and/or gas-insulated switchgear field
* Fluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial
* Experience in quality management and/or project management will be considered a plus
* Good communication and cultural sensitivity
* Willingness to travel if needed (max. 10%)
