Key Responsibilities:
* Closely cooperate with our team to achieve common goals;
* Work closely with specialists from various fields to provide comprehensive solutions;
* Maintain personal contact with clients to ensure their needs are met;
* Collaborate with colleagues from abroad to leverage global expertise;
* Conduct thorough legal research and draft memoranda to inform clients on their rights and obligations;
* Draft and negotiate contracts to protect our clients' interests;
* Independently draft submissions to authorities and legal documents;
* Represent clients before Swiss courts in international arbitration proceedings.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A successful completion of legal studies and admission to the bar in Switzerland;
* A keen interest in cross-border issues and a commitment to ongoing professional development;
* Fluency in Italian or German (with knowledge of Italian) and excellent English language skills;
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate loyalty;
* A pleasant, sociable, and professional demeanor with a well-groomed appearance;
