As a FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT you will be responsible for contributing to our financial and corporate foundation, reporting to the CFO.
Your responsibilities include:
* Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
* Internal expense management
* Assist with preparation of periodic financial reports & financial statements
* Support VAT declarations & reconciliations
* Work together with the broader Finance function (Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis) to deliver their daily work
* Support in executing controls as outlined in the internal control system (ICS)
* Handling customer and client emails and phone calls
* Support delinquency management
* Maintaining documentation of internal accounting memos and treatment
* Professional level of German (spoken and written), English as an advantage
Your profile
* You have at least 4 years of hands‑on accounting experience
* You have completed your training as an accounting clerk and have relevant accounting certification (preferably Swiss GAAP)
* You are an all‑rounder when it comes to administrative topics
* You are fluent in German and English
* You are comfortable working in a dynamic project environment and articulating your opinion
* You enjoy applying and developing your professional knowledge
