We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP), bringing deep operational expertise and a strong ability to engage directly with internal clients and the Management team.
Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on support and coaching to managers on all HR matters including employee relations and lifecycle, talent acquisition and development, performance management, and HR process optimization (HRIS and other tools).
* Act as a key point of contact for employees and leaders, ensuring a consistent and effective employee experience.
* Use operational insight to identify process improvements and drive efficiency.
* Lead or support organizational change initiatives with a pragmatic and people-first approach.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements
* Proven experience of 3+ years as an HR Business Partner combined with solid hands-on experience in people operations.
* Strong background in operations, with an ability to translate operational realities into strategic HR action plans.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a “client-first” mindset.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in dynamic settings.
* Solid understanding of employment legislation and best HR practices.
* Fluent in French and English (C1).
* Brevet or HR certification is a plus.
