Your Mission: Build the Future
Take ownership of groundbreaking projects and turn visionary ideas into actionable results:
* Develop and implement cutting-edge proofs of concept in Computer Vision.
* Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
* Work in an agile environment, focusing on rapid prototyping and exploratory work.
* Conceptualize and implement data-driven solutions using modern cloud technologies.
* Analyze and optimize existing models and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
* Present findings and prototypes to internal and external stakeholders.

Our tech stack includes:
* Python and relevant computer vision libraries (e.g. NumPy, pandas, OpenCV, scikit-image)
* Large Language Models (e.g. Gemini, GPT, LLAMA)
* Frameworks essential for training and evaluating image recognition tasks (e.g. PyTorch, Vertex AI, COCO)
* Databases (SQL, BigQuery)
* Infrastructure components such as GCP, GPU, Docker, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and CI/CD
Your Profile: Innovative and Adaptable
We’re looking for a versatile and forward-thinking professional with:
* Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning or Data Science.
* Strong interest and/or hands-on experience working with large language models.
* Practical experience with Machine Learning, cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure), and modern architectures.
* An agile mindset paired with a startup mentality, including the ability to adapt, explore the unknown, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
* (Optional) Industry knowledge in insurance or experience in customer-facing product development.
* Experience with Document Processing is a plus.
* Language skills: English is a must; German is a plus.
