THE JOB
* Contribute to the creation of training modules focused on product expertise, brand storytelling, client experience, and sales excellence.
* Adapt content for various formats (in-person, digital, gamified).
* Maintain and update training material.
* Co-facilitate training sessions in stores, meetings, and online environments.
* Assist in “Train-the-Trainer” initiatives and collaborate with local trainers.
* Gather feedback and monitor training KPIs to assess effectiveness.
* Suggest improvements based on business needs and learner feedback.
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align training with launches and Go to Market initiatives.
* Maintain the training calendar and track participation records.
