THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity for a Legal Intern to join the Legal Team based in Paris and support the Legal Counsel in charge of Procurement matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (manufacturing, supply, services, logistics, NDAs, etc.)
* Reviewing and drafting legal templates and clauses
* Supporting procurement contracting processes
* Legal research and ad hoc legal projects
PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
* Master 2 in Law (Business Law or International Business Law preferred) or Élève avocat
* First professional experience (as legal intern) required
* Fluent in English and French
* Strong interest in commercial and procurement law
* Interest in real estate is a plus
* Good drafting and analytical skillsStrong self-initiative and team player
