Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage import/export shipments within Europe
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers through effective communication and negotiation skills
* Verify customer creditworthiness to ensure smooth transactions
* Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity
* Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
* Excellent command of Excel, including regular use of tables, filtering, data entry, and formulas
* Proactive mindset and ability to seek relevant information to improve daily tasks
* Good general understanding of road transport and logistics principles
* Clear and effective communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Education and Experience:
* Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience
* Relevant working experience in the logistics industry
Language Skills:
* Fluent in English and French
* German is an asset
Computer Literacy:
* MS Office skills, including SAP
