Lead/Senior Solution Architect & Developer m/f/d,For our client, a renowned international insurance company in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Lead/Senior Solution Architect & Developer .Act as a technical lead for our client's Claims development initiativesDesign and implement global software components, integrating both global and local requirementsGuide and mentor developers on technical implementation and adaptation of global software componentsEnsure high-quality delivery through code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testingSupport architectural decision-making and contribute to the evolution of the overall software ecosystemDrive progress proactively within an agile environment10+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Developer~ Solid understanding of the business layer of enterprise insurance systems (Claims specialization is an advantage)~ Experience working with core plug-in mechanisms within enterprise insurance platforms is a plus~ Strong Java development skills (Java 12+)~ Proficiency in Spring Boot and REST APIs~ Experience with JUnit testing~ Fluent in English; German is a plus
