Quality Engineer Program Management Internship
Job Overview
This is a 12-month Swiss-based role working within a Quality Engineering Programme Management team to identify ways of improving processes and their outputs at a global scale in a medical devices design and manufacturing environment that changes the life of millions of patients every day.
Main Responsibilities
Working on analysis to identify crucial to Quality projects,
Identifying ways of improving Quality processes and their outputs at a global scale,
Applying the newest technologies and solutions like Quality 4.0 and AI to design and manufacturing processes,
Using analytics to analyze past data to inform decisions in the present and using data science to work with data to build models that can predict future outcomes,
Being involved and solve real challenges by the application of the state-of-the-art tools and techniques in a medical devices design and manufacturing environment
Supporting and optimising different business processes
The Ideal Candidate
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Thorough communication skills, ability to interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment
Interpersonal skills: Driven and resourceful, can-do attitude, able to prioritize and work under tight deadlines and pressure, without neglecting rigor and attention to details
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and methodologies in QA
Education and Language Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Fluent in English and preferably German also
