You advise university entities on legal matters primarily related to public law, investigate appeals concerning the student body, and support bodies responsible for handling disputes related to civil service law. You monitor the evolution of the law applicable to the University's activities and draft legal documents.Desired ProfileBenefiting from a complete legal education in Swiss law at the master's level, ideally supplemented by a bar exam, you have experience as a jurist, if possible in a public or para-public entity. Knowledge of public law and procedural law, as well as the drafting of decisions and regulations, are skills you master. Rigorous and open-minded, you enjoy working in a team, show autonomy in project management while being capable of following instructions and highlighting your interpersonal skills. Understanding of English and German is required; knowledge of the academic field and public procurement rules represents an asset.
