About the position: You will primarily be based in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, but as a true team player, you will also assist throughout Switzerland if needed (for example, as a replacement during vacations or illness).Your area of activity:- Troubleshooting: quick and efficient fault finding on-site.- Commissioning: installation of our SOMFY systems at the client’s location.- Maintenance and care: carrying out maintenance and inspections on our systems.- Customer advice: providing support and technical assistance.- Flexibility: replacement in the German-speaking part of Switzerland or Ticino to ensure service at scale.Your profile:- A solid technical foundation as an electrician or technician in building management systems.- Technical requirements: experience in building management systems (KNX) and networking technologies would be a plus / interest in a challenge requiring a wide range of technical knowledge.- Language skills: you are fluent in French and have very good knowledge of German.
