Nurses - home care

On behalf of one of our clients, the Okjob Medical agency in Neuchâtel is looking for Nurses in Home Care in the Fribourg and Broye area.

Your Profile

• Education: Holder of a Bachelor in nursing or a qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross (mandatory recognition).
• Experience: Previous successful experience in home care or acute hospital settings is a major asset.
• Skills: Autonomy, great adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Mobility: Driving licence (category B) essential for daily travel.

• Clinical assessment: Identify patients’ needs and develop personalised care plans.
• Technical procedures: Blood sampling, complex dressings, injections, infusions and pain management.
• Therapeutic follow-up: Monitoring vital signs and therapeutic education of the patient and their family.
• Coordination: Close collaboration with attending physicians, families and other social and health care professionals.
