What’s more, we’re achieving this in a company that we control, in an environment we’re co-creating, and a culture that’s uniquely ours.## ## This is an exciting time to join us and help shape the future.**Key Responsibilities:*** End-to-end processing of both written and telephone customer enquiries (pharmacy / drugstores / field force)* Order management: complete and on schedule entry / processing of customer orders.* Ensuring that customer orders are delivered in full and on time in collaboration with logistics service providers (warehouse and transport).* Electronic Data Interface (EDI) order management* Managing subsequent deliveries in the event of non-deliverable items* Condition and rebate management; invoicing, pricing and condition checks* Receipt and processing of customer complaints of any kind - forwarding to other internal departments (Quality, Packaging Development or Scientific Information) if necessary* Creation of credit notes* Complete documentation of customer communication in the CRM system and SAP* Complete archiving of processed business transactions* Collaboration on the key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to customer service, such as availability, order time in full (OTIF), etc.* Tracking GMP-relevant documentation such as customers' operating licences and Medreg registrations* Processing sample requests from doctors in line with GxP-relevant processes* Taking on special projects to optimise customer serviceCare to join us.
