You will join the Powertrain Engineering Division as a technical and functional expert in the industrial field, acting as an ambassador of our organization with our clients.
Your Missions
Evaluate and test vehicles at the Mons proving ground.
Analyze shift quality issues and identify root causes.
Define and implement calibration strategies based on transmission physics and system limitations.
Ensure automatic transmission performance and robustness under all operating conditions.
Analyze measurement data and vehicle logs to validate calibration changes.
Prepare technical reports and communicate results to internal stakeholders and international colleagues.
Deliver validated calibration datasets according to customer production schedules.
Your Profile
Experience in the automotive industry (1–3 years), preferably in Powertrain Calibration.
Proficiency with data acquisition and measurement analysis.
Master’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
You speak French and English fluently.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Valid driving license held for more than three years.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and identify project risks.
Good understanding of powertrain systems (engine and transmission) and their control strategies.
Experience with automotive calibration and diagnostic tools such as ETAS INCA, AVL tools, or vehicle diagnostics software.
Familiarity with ECU/TCU calibration processes and data analysis methodologies.
