What You’ll Be Doing
* 🔹 Develop and qualify plasma etch and plasma deposition processes for MEMS manufacturing
* 🔹 Work on advanced microfabrication technologies used in high‑volume production
* 🔹 Design, run and analyze cleanroom experiments and process tests
* 🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve process and production challenges
* 🔹 Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams across R&D and manufacturing
* 🔹 Contribute to future product development and process improvements
You’ll play a key role in the process technology behind highly advanced sensor chips used worldwide.
What We’re Looking For
* ✔ Experience in plasma etching and/or plasma deposition (essential)
* ✔ Background in MEMS, semiconductor processing, or microfabrication
* ✔ Strong understanding of complex manufacturing systems and process interactions
* ✔ Experience in cleanroom environments and experimental process development

o Master’s degree in Microtechnology, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
o OR
o Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant industry experience
o German (approx. B1 level or above)
o English working proficiency
