About Our Client
Our client is an internationally active tech company in the financial services sector. We are looking for a seasoned program manager with a strong track record in cloud transformation programs to support the CTO and team in a successful program setup and delivery. Start ASAP - minimum 9 months mission.
Job Description
* Lead and structure the PMO for a multi-phase cloud transformation program
* Act as a strategic partner to the CTO and executive stakeholders to ensure program alignment with business and IT objectives
* Coordinate the program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across cross-functional streams
* Drive governance, reporting, and risk management across all transformation initiatives
* Establish a scalable delivery model, addressing current bottlenecks and preparing for future phases of acceleration
* Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, architecture, and security teams
* Manage external vendors and ensure delivery consistency and transparency
* Promote a culture of agility, accountability, and delivery excellence
The Successful Applicant
* 8+ years' experience in program management, ideally in large-scale IT transformation or cloud adoption programs
* Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and understanding of migration/transformation challenges
* Strong PMO and governance experience, ideally in fast-scaling or multinational environments
* Proven ability to navigate senior stakeholder environments and influence at C-level
* Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional teams, and managing interdependencies
* Fluency in English is mandatory; German or Italian is an advantage
* Certifications such as PMI, SAFe, Prince2, or equivalent are a plus
