Focused on supporting clinical adoption and revenue growth for our innovative neurorehabilitation technology, this role blends partner enablement with deep therapeutic understanding. You will work closely with local distributors to support their sales efforts, provide training, and ensure our solutions are positioned with strong clinical credibility. The ideal candidate brings solid experience managing distribution partners in our target geographic markets, ideally in the rehabilitation category or another sophisticated medical technology. This role is location‑flexible and can be based anywhere within Europe. /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliIdentify, onboard, and support distribution partners in alignment with our go-to-market strategy. /li /brliProvide in-depth product and clinical training to ensure partners can confidently represent and support our solutions within clinical and home use settings. /li /brliCollaborate with distributors on territory plans, including therapy awareness, market education, adoption strategies and revenue targets. /li /brliMonitor performance and provide strategic guidance to optimize partner focus and execution. /li /brliStep in directly where needed to support underperforming regions or address market‑specific challenges. /li /brliSupport local partners on after‑sales efforts in product setup, follow‑up training, and therapy pathway development. /li /brliCoordinate with internal teams on pricing, tenders, and reimbursement processes. /li /brliFoster relationships with key opinion leaders, rehabilitation clinics and patients' organisations through and alongside distribution partners. /li /brliRepresent the company at international trade shows and events to support market visibility and partner engagement. /li /brliAct as the voice of the field by sharing partner insights, clinical feedback, and regulatory inputs with internal teams. /li /brliCollaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Clinical, and Regulatory to ensure aligned execution in each market. /li /br /ul /brh3Experience, Qualifications Skills /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree in business, life sciences, rehabilitation, or related field; background as a Physical or Occupational Therapist is a strong plus. /li /brliProven experience managing distribution partners in the EMEA and MENA regions, ideally in rehabilitation, DME, or related medical fields. /li /brliStrong knowledge of therapy delivery models in both clinical and home settings. /li /brliExperience supporting the launch of novel, non‑reimbursed healthcare technologies. /li /brliSkilled in developing joint business plans, monitoring sales funnels, and managing partner performance. /li /brliConfident delivering product and therapy training to partners and healthcare professionals. /li /brliFluent in English; other EMEA languages are a plus. /li /brliSelf‑driven, well‑organised, and comfortable operating across diverse cultures and healthcare systems. /li /brliWillingness to travel up to 75% for partner visits, events, and regional support. /li /br /ul /brh3Supervision /h3 /brpIndividual contributor reporting to our Senior Sales Director EMEA. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
