This role offers the chance to influence both block- and system‑level design, shaping advanced RF technologies from concept to product. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead the design, simulation, and optimization of RF front ends (~40%). /li liContribute to RF architecture definition for receivers, transmitters, frequency synthesizers, and building blocks such as LNAs, mixers, filters, PAs, and VCOs (~20%). /li liExtract S-parameter models for packages and PCBs (~10%). /li liDevelop and optimize matching networks to meet regional regulatory requirements (~10%). /li liSimulate and measure radio performance and compliance (~10%). /li liOptimize application PCBs to ensure robust RF performance (~10%). /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications: /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Electronics Engineering. /li li7+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry. /li liProven expertise in LNAs, mixers, filters, and power amplifiers (sub-GHz and 2.4 GHz). /li liExperience with matching network development for Rx/Tx applications. /li liProficient with EM simulation tools (SiWave, HFSS, EMX). /li liStrong understanding of system‑level interactions between RF blocks and power management. /li liInnovative, self‑motivated, and collaborative team player. /li liExcellent communication skills in English (French is a plus). /li /ul h3Desired Qualifications: /h3 ul liPhD with 12+ years’ experience. /li liTrack record in non‑constant envelope modulations. /li liFamiliarity with CSS modulation and LoRaWAN protocol. /li /ul h3Career Growth Philosophy: /h3 pAt Semtech, we believe that innovation starts with people.
