At Parashift, we have built one of the most powerful AI document understanding platforms in the market. With our upcoming Special Purpose Models and massive enterprise partnerships on the horizon, we are entering our next phase of growth.

We are expanding our executive team and we are not looking for a tired "Chief Revenue Officer" who only wants to sit in the boardroom. We are looking for a Rising Star. You’ve been in the trenches of a successful B2B SaaS scale-up and you know exactly what "great" looks like.

You are fiercely hungry to take the wheel yourself now. We need a true Player‑Coach who takes on strategic C‑level responsibility in the Management Board, but simultaneously isn’t afraid to close massive midmarket and enterprise deals themselves and scale our sales team into powerhouse.

What you will do at Parashift

Executive Leadership: As a Member of the Management Board, you work directly with the CEO, the CTO and CFO to heavily shape the overall Go‑to‑Market execution of Parashift in a structured way.

The Enterprise Rainmaker (Player): Before you scale, you sell. You personally lead the charge into the market, targeting document‑heavy industries such as Transport & Logistics to secure midmarket and enterprise deals. You show the team at the front how it's done.

Build & Scale the Sales Engine (Coach): You actively recruit and build the next generation of Parashift sales talent. You codify your winning playbook (sales cycles, objection handling, pitch decks) to scale the team massively.

Master Inbound & Outbound Motions: You ruthlessly exploit our inbound pipeline generated by marketing. At the same time, you know how to hunt: You design and execute an uncompromising outbound strategy to proactively break into top‑tier midsize and enterprise accounts.

Multiply via Partnerships: We have a successful, proven foundation of working with strategic partners. You don't just focus on direct sales; you will leverage, manage, and aggressively scale this partner ecosystem to multiply our market reach and drive massive indirect revenue.

Solution Selling: You don't sell "APIs". You sell massive process efficiency, Smart‑Triage, and completely autonomous workflows. You position Parashift as the ultimate cure for the business pain of COOs.

What You Bring to the Table

The "Rising Star" Profile: You are currently a highly successful Senior AE, Sales Director, or Team Lead at a high‑growth B2B SaaS company. You are ready and absolutely hungry for the ultimate step to take on revenue ownership at the executive board level.

Midsize & Enterprise SaaS DNA: You have a proven history of successfully closing complex, high‑ticket Midsize and Enterprise SaaS deals. You confidently navigate multi‑stakeholder environments and procurement processes.

The Transport & Logistics Sweet Spot (Massive Plus!): Experience selling into the Transport & Logistics sector, as well as an existing network of contacts (freight forwarders, carriers, 3PLs) in this industry, is a huge advantage and a strong catalyst for your start with us.

The Player‑Coach Mentality: You love the thrill of the close just as much as building a team. You have zero ego when it comes to doing the heavy lifting in a complex sales cycle yourself.

Ambition & Grit: You possess maximum motivation, an extreme work ethic, and the absolute will to win.

Languages: Native German and Fluent English are mandatory. French is highly beneficial.

Your Perspective: The Path to VP of Revenue
This is a "once-in-a-career" opportunity. You join the Management Board from day one and get a stake in the company. But that is just the beginning: Your clearly defined mission is to get the sales machine running. As soon as you have cracked the playbook and scaled the sales engine, the next step is already set: Promotion to VP of Revenue, where you will additionally take over marketing and lead the entire Go‑to‑Market apparatus of Parashift.
