We are looking for a Test Manager for one of our clients in Geneva.
* Organize and supervise test campaigns (SIT and UAT) and ensure the test coverage of each release;
* Communicate about the test campaigns (planning, progress,);
* Work closely with product owners, business analysts and software suppliers;
* Maintain and develop our test catalogue (Xray) ;
* Master the test process and contribute to improve it.
* A minimum of 5 years of similar experience or as a project manager in Banking Wealth Management;
* Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field;
* Excellent usage of standard Microsoft office tools and SQL queries.
* Knowledge of Jira, XRAY, Karate or Cucumber is an asset ;
* CRM/CLM expertise, capable of driving the business (RM, compliance, CF) during the UAT phases
* Rigorous, autonomous, and dynamic with good interpersonal skills, as well as an aptitude for analytical problem solving;
* Good technical writing, documentation, and communication skills;
* Fluent in French and good command of English;
* High capacity to handle stress.
