About LunaJets

LunaJets SA is a leading private jet charter brokerage company headquartered in Geneva, with offices in Zurich, Paris, London, Riga, Madrid, and Dubai. We operate globally, providing bespoke aviation solutions to a diverse portfolio of private and corporate clients.

As a private jet broker, our role is to act as an independent intermediary between clients and aircraft operators, sourcing the most suitable aircraft worldwide to match each client's specific needs. In addition to on-demand private jet charters, we are also active in the group charter market, arranging flights for corporate groups, sports teams, and large events. Through our dedicated aircraft sales & acquisitions division, we advise clients in the purchase and sale of private jets.

With our continued international growth and fast-paced environment, we are now strengthening our HR foundation to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence across all entities, while supporting our teams across multiple jurisdictions.

The Role

As HR Business Partner, you will act as a key liaison between the Geneva headquarters and our international offices. You will support the execution of HR projects, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and act as a reliable partner to management and local teams on HR-related matters. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys a variety, autonomy and working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering

* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Geneva and all global offices.
* Act as the link between HQ and international entities for HR communication, policy rollout, and support.
* Advise managers and teams on HR questions, processes, and standards.

2. Project Management

* Design and implement HR projects, tools, and processes across multiple areas (recruitment, development, compliance, training etc.).
* Own and drive HR initiatives with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
* Propose and lead improvements to existing systems and practices.

3. Data & Reporting

* Collect and monitor employee data across all offices, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Generate regular reports, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making.

4. Compliance & Policy

* Ensure group-wide HR practices are compliant with local labour laws and social regulations.
* Draft and update HR policies and provide guidance to local teams as needed.

5. Administration & Structure

* Support structural HR topics such as org charts, management tracking, and HRIS implementation.
* Oversee onboarding of new entities and employees globally.
* Ensure visibility and internal communication of key structural changes.

6. Recruitment

* Lead or support recruitment for key roles across the Group (posting, screening, coordination).
* Work closely with local managers to ensure quality hires aligned with company values and expectations.

7. Communication & Development

* Deliver HR training to upskill managers and local HRs.
* Coordinate regular updates and touchpoints with MDs and stakeholders.
* Support talent development and people growth initiatives.

8. HR Systems

* Contribute to the deployment and improvement of HR systems and digital tools.

Your Profile

* Minimum 3 years' of experience in HR roles, ideally in an international and entrepreneurial environment.
* Understanding of Swiss labour and social laws; exposure to European jurisdictions a plus.
* Fluent in English and French; additional languages an asset.
* Proactive, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
* Comfortable handling both strategic topics and operational HR tasks.
