As an E-Commerce Performance & Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for scaling online sales, optimizing digital advertising, and driving customer acquisition and retention. You will manage paid media strategies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer engagement to maximize revenue and enhance the overall e-commerce experience. Main role: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns mainly across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Amazon Ads, Display, Teads and affiliate networks. Drive customer acquisition and traffic growth through performance marketing strategies and paid/organic acquisition channels. Implement growth marketing tactics to expand reach and engagement. Improve conversion rates (CRO) by optimizing product pages, checkout flows, and UX/UI in collaboration with internal teams. Conduct A/B testing and personalization experiments using platforms like Optimizely. Develop and manage email/SMS/push automation strategies (cart recovery, upsells, and loyalty campaigns) to boost retention. Analyze campaign performance and key KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, churn) to improve performance efficiency. Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends, performance marketing tactics, and digital advertising innovations. Technical Competencies: Knowledge or experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Any Salesforce certification is a plus Strong expertise in performance marketing & digital advertising, with a proven track record in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, Display Ads and Affiliate Marketing. Hands-on experience managing large-scale paid media budgets and optimizing ROAS, CAC, and LTV across multiple acquisition channels Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expertise, with experience in A/B testing, UX/UI enhancements, and personalization to improve customer journey performance. Proficiency in using data to drive growth, with the ability to read dashboards, interpret performance insights, and translate them into actionable business decisions. Knowledge of tracking and marketing attribution models. Fluent spoken and written English (C1 minimum). French knowledge is a plus.
