Description
The Temporary Credit Support Specialist will assist the Credit and Lending teams with critical support functions during a high-volume or transitional period. This role is responsible for administrative and analytical tasks related to credit file management, document tracking, data entry, and preparation of credit packages. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acculoan document integration to ImageCentre.
* Wholesale Reporting Requirements - managing incoming documents and clearing the document exceptions in Abrigo.
* Review credit files and ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly stored.
* Support with preparing basic credit memos, ticklers, or support schedules under direction of Credit Analysts or Loan Officers.
* Assist with special assignments related to document preparation and collection for internal audits or regulatory reviews.
* Respond to routine inquiries from Relationship Managers and/or Commercial Credit Analysts.
* Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, organizing electronic files, or assembling credit packages.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in finance, accounting, or business preferred.
* 1–2 years of administrative or operations experience in banking, credit, or lending environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with loan or credit systems a plus.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively on time-sensitive tasks.
Work Schedule:
This is a temporary, part-time position. Normal business hours with some flexibility based on team needs. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime based on hours worked. #J-18808-Ljbffr
