About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will be expected to achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory. This is a strategic, field-based
medical device sales role
focused on promoting, selling, and supporting devices and services in clinical settings, as well as providing training to healthcare professionals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Planning/Results Orientation
 * Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets..
 * Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned healthcare accounts.
 * Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and customer activity reports.
 * Develop and act on plans which identify opportunities within the current customer base and help formulate sales strategies.
Influence and Selling Skills
 * Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff.
 * Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to customers.
 * Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and pursue opportunities to promote the company's product range.
 * Develop and implement strategies to counter competitors.
 * Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner.
 * Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively.
 * Gather and share competitor intelligence and customer insights to inform sales strategy.
 * Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical support, and leadership.
 * Ensure a professional standard of written and verbal communication.
Requirements
 * 2+ years of experience in medical device sales
, ideally in
 pain management
 ,
 neuromodulation
 ,
 surgical products
, or
 interventional therapies
 .
 * A strong sales track record and the ability to develop new accounts and grow existing relationships.
 * Demonstrated ability to train clinical stakeholders and support complex products.
 * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as
 Biological Sciences
 or
 Business
 .
 * Willingness to travel frequently within your assigned territory.
 * Fluency in English, German and French.
