Your responsibilities
* Develop and manage international markets for high-voltage cable accessories and cable system solutions
* Maintain and expand relationships with utilities, EPC contractors and cable manufacturers
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in energy transmission projects
* Support and manage complex international tenders and sales projects
* Collaborate with cable manufacturers and other partners in joint project opportunities
* Monitor market developments, customer needs and competitive activities
* Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to strategic market planning
* Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain and Project Management
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Your profile
* 5–10 years of experience in international sales within the energy transmission or high-voltage industry
* Experience with HV cable accessories, cable systems or related transmission equipment is a strong advantage
* Good understanding of the project-driven business environment in international infrastructure markets
* Experience in managing complex sales processes and technical tenders
* Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international environment
* Ability to build long-term relationships with strategic customers and partners
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Fluent English and German
