Position: German-speaking Customer Service Specialist
Support German-speaking customers as part of the Customer Service team, serving as the frontline of the bank to the German-speaking market. Your role involves providing excellent customer experience, preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding our customers.
What you will do:
Support customers via phone, chat, and email.
Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers.
Be an ambassador of our client.
Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and timely.
Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain professional relationships with partners and show empathy.
Work towards targets set by the client and internal goals.
What you will bring:
Fluency in German.
Very good written and oral communication skills in English.
Exceptional communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Computer literacy and tech-savviness; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work under stressful situations.
Customer service or customer-facing role experience preferred.
Can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability.
Must hold EU citizenship, EU passport, or valid work permit for Greece.
Willing to relocate to Athens, Greece, or be a local resident.
