Your mission As Inside Sales at myneva, you’ll be part of our dedicated sales team in Switzerland. You will support our Account Representatives in customer care, actively bring new leads into play, and help ensure smooth processes behind the scenes. You enjoy interacting with people—both over the phone and digitally—and you see opportunities where others just see contacts. We especially welcome career changers from the care sector who want to combine their professional expertise and empathy with a passion for sales and digitalization.
What you’ll do:
Actively support our Account Representatives in qualifying and developing leads.

Identify potential new customers in the Swiss healthcare sector and reach out to them via phone, email, or other digital channels.

Conduct initial conversations, identify needs, and schedule follow-up meetings for our sales team.

Create and maintain offers, coordinate internal communications, and support administrative sales tasks.

Carefully document your activities in the CRM system and keep customer data up to date.

Help implement new sales initiatives and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Share your ideas on how to make sales processes even more efficient and customer-friendly

Your profile You enjoy making phone calls and have a knack for getting people excited about a product.

Ideally, you have experience in customer service or telephone-based sales—experience in healthcare is a plus.

You work in an organized, independent, and solution-oriented manner.

You have an affinity for IT and are comfortable learning to use our software solutions.

You communicate confidently in German and have a good command of English.
