Our boarding houses are vibrant, welcoming communities where students feel supported and inspired.As Deputy Housemaster / Deputy Housemistress, you will work closely with the Housemaster or Housemistress to help lead a home built on warmth, structure, and purpose. You will set the tone for daily life, offering guidance, encouragement and care - whether during morning routines, weekend activities, or quiet evening check-ins.In the absence of the Housemaster or Housemistress, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of the house, ensuring that every student in your care feels heard, respected and empowered.Beyond the daily organisation, this is a deeply people-focused role.
