We combine governance expertise, process improvement and technology to deliver more effective support for the business**The Opportunity** Join our Group Legal Operations team and help shape the future of corporate governance. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in legal entity management and a passion for process improvement and technology. The Key Responsibilities include:* Provide support to company affiliates worldwide with corporate documentation and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.* Update and report on the global Legal Entity Management System.* Support restructurings, integrations, and other corporate projects.* Drive process improvements and implement legal tech solutions.* Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Tax, and Compliance.**Who you are*** Experience in legal operations, corporate governance, or paralegal work (multinational exposure a plus).* Knowledge of entity management and legal technology tools, with an understanding of emerging AI applications in the legal field.* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Certification in Paralegal studies, Business Administration, or similar.* Fluent in English to a Business level, German and other languages are an advantage.Join our Group Legal Operations team, apply now !## # Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
