Design and implement a DEI concept focused on inclusion, aligned with Belimo's strategic goals
Serve as the primary contact for DEI topics, driving meaningful change and fostering open dialogue
Monitor and report on the impact of DEI and culture measures, ensuring continuous improvement
Develop and strengthen Belimo's Corporate Culture through innovative initiatives
Collaborate with the CEO to design and execute culture initiatives that resonate with employees
Lead existing culture initiatives like value workshops and "Leading with Values" programs

Extensive experience in an international setting, preferably in an industrial context
Demonstrated expertise and passionate commitment in leading DEI and culture projects, driving positive change
Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute complex initiatives effectively
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering collaboration
Fluent in written and spoken English and German, additional languages are advantageous
