Strategic Solution Architect / AI & Data Lead
vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop a strategic technology centre focusing on modern architectures, data, and innovation
* Lead the creation of AI, data, and platform architectures aligned with business transformation goals
* Identify and implement innovative AI and data use‑cases
* Translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions
* Build and enhance cloud and data platform capabilities
* Collaborate with business units, engineering teams, and external partners to shape technological roadmaps
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Lead Engineer, or Platform Architect
* Strong knowledge of modern cloud architectures (preferably Azure)
* Expertise in data platforms, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
* Good understanding of AI/LLM technologies
* Language skills: German
* Nationality: Swiss nationals, EU citizens, or current Swiss work‑permit holders
* Valid Swiss work permit required; must disclose marital status, nationality, date of birth
Soft Skills

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
