* Manage the full employee lifecycle in Switzerland and coordinate and support the transformation of Graf globally
* Partner with business leaders to understand and support their strategic goals through HR initiatives.
* Provide expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and employment law compliance.
* Lead and support organizational change and development initiatives.
* Manage complex employee relations issues
* Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HRBP or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Proven experience in supporting and coaching senior leaders.
* Used to working in a matrix and being part of a Group HR team
* Some international experience
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent German and English are a must have
