Ph3Job Overview /h3 pAt TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to top clients across our portfolio. We are seeking a VP/AVP – Business Development to join a client team. This role is ideal for a seasoned consulting professional who combines deep industry expertise, strong client relationships, and the ability to translate business opportunities into tailored digital transformation solutions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liStrategic Account Management: Manage and grow enterprise accounts valued between $5M–$15M annually. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, ensuring account health, client satisfaction, and continuous value delivery through proactive engagement. /li liRelationship Network Development: Leverage your professional network and industry connections to identify potential partnerships and business opportunities. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in non-core IT industries such as FinTech, Insurance, Energy, Oil Gas, Healthcare, or Hi-Tech. /li liSolution Consulting Business Alignment: Work closely with clients from their offices or onsite to co-create transformation roadmaps. Collaborate with delivery, technology, and consulting teams to design customized, outcome-driven solutions and bridge client needs with internal capabilities. /li liMarket Industry Expertise: Bring a strong domain specialization in one or more industries. Stay ahead of emerging trends and innovation opportunities within the chosen domain to advise clients credibly on transformation strategies. /li liGrowth Enablement Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance go-to-market positioning and service relevance.
