Responsibilities
* Take ownership of multiple process projects across all phases (Design, Manufacturing, FAT, SAT)
* Develop detailed process documentation (P&ID, Functional Specifications)
* Define project timelines and track key deliverables
* Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration internally
Your profile
* Degree in Engineering (process, mechanical, or equivalent)
* Proven experience in process engineering or project management, ideally in a similar environment
* Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
* Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable personality with strong initiative
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, able to perform under pressure
* Strong communication skills and a genuine team player mindset
