We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Finance & Accounting practice. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes (360), developing client relationships, and building a candidate network. This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities
Business development and client management, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Source, interview, and assess finance and accounting professionals across various levels. Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and manage a strong network of qualified candidates. Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regulatory changes within Finance & Accounting. Share insights internally and externally to support strategic decision-making. Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on Finance & Accounting. Excellent communication skills in German and English; Swiss German is highly desired. Commercially savvy with a consultative approach to business development. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. What We Offer
